Our summer has been, well, awesome.
Two months in the Utah being warmed by the sun and doted over by family
was just what we needed.
Now in order to update this baby I call blog
I am just going to give it to you real quick like but in two parts. Ha.
I introduce to you...
June.
Lo spent the majority of her time trying to be naked. This was greatly influenced by her cousin Kate who was being potty trained and didn't like to wear much clothing during the process.
We had 7 peaks passes. The first time we went Lo dove under the water and started swimming and drinking it. I then said, She is totally going to get hand-foot-mouth disease. That is her while she did indeed have hand-foot-mouth. Which she kindly passed on to her cousins. You're welcome girls.
The greatest weekend ever took place in Provo. Just 3 ladies reuniting for an evening of talking, swimming, talking while swimming, and a morning of delightful breakfast at Mimi's Cafe with a special guest appearance by Elder and Sister Holland. She told me she liked my scarf. It is now my new favorite accessory.
And for the record, Heather and Stephanie's company delights me like no others.
Scott gave us a hotel room in Park City for a night. Lo was going to stay with my parents but due to the above mentioned ailment she came with. We tried to convince her the shower was a super rad place to sleep. She did not concur. Not much is more romantic than spending the night with a baby sleeping in the middle of the bed.
Lolo is not in time out in this photo.
She is actually playing with the puppies that my parents have
adopted. She has taken it upon her to mawl those mutts into submission all while having a smile on her face. To put it simply, she loves and she loves hard, literally.
Each side of the family had mentioned a trip to the zoo so we decided to make it a combined activity. About 20 people in our posse later we had a good day, aside from the part where I had to wear a diaper for a few minutes. You ladies know that desperate times call for desperate measures.
While avoiding a get together we took Kenzie and her friend to a random zip line. It was da bomb. Lolo went on it too, we just didn't take a photo. Trust me though her face was priceless.
And the best part of June by a land slide, was the Radandt trip to St. George. It was everything a vacation should be. No agenda, except getting a tan.
Sleeping in, check.
Swimming and laying out, check.
Eating delicious food, check.
Lo becoming obsessed with the Zims, check.
Lo learning to be the best/most aggressive big cousin to Henny, and taking advantage of Dallin in his broken state, check.
Staying up reading books, check.
Hanging out with the Zanders, check.
Efan taking Cory and Zac skim boarding, check.
Cory accidentally saying the F word in front of us all, check.
Naturally there were many other memorable events, but I don't have photos of those so they will just stay in my happy little mind. Let's just be real, this post is already far too long and Cory is making brownies so...
Now I know you are probably sitting on the edge of your seats wondering what exactly July brought to us, but you are just gonna have to wait. Lucky ducks.

also, lily's had hand foot mouth. it was awful. lots and lots and lots of crying. no eating. and awful sleeping.
Love it. Love you. Love that Lo knows how to handle her boy Zim cousins. Love that we had St George. Love that Lo does not believe in clothes. Love her.
PS I hope the spider swinging picture makes the July post. Fingers are crossed.
